Please note:  Items which are made to order will be dispatched after they have finished being handcrafted at our London workshop. Jewellery pieces which are made-to-order will specify the lead time on the product page. 

Deliveries to the UK

Next Working Day (For orders placed before 1pm)

Deliveries to the EU Approximately 3-5 working days £10.50

Deliveries to the Rest of World

UK Deliveries

UK orders received before 1pm can usually be shipped for next working day delivery, except in cases where the item is out of stock. We will keep you informed regarding any delays due to ring sizing or stock unavailability. For all UK orders, we use Royal Mail Special Delivery which guarantees delivery of parcels (up to 20kg) by 1pm next working day. Please note for orders placed after 1pm your parcel will arrive within two working days. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a notification email with a tracking ID and a link so that you may track the arrival of your parcel.

EU and Rest of World Delivery:

All EU and international deliveries are tracked and signed. We aim to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days, and worldwide within 5-7 working days. 
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a notification email with a tracking ID and a link so that you may track the arrival of your parcel. A signature is taken on delivery for items sent using International Tracked & Signed therefore we cannot deliver to an unmanned PO box.  


Returns

Online Orders

If you are located within the UK:

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase please return your item within 14 days of receiving your order. It's free to return an item if you're located within the UK. Simply repackage the parcel by using the pre-paid returns envelope and take the item to your nearest Royal Mail Post Office - don't forget to ask for a proof of postage! The item must returned in all original packaging and must be in a saleable condition. 

If you are located outside of the UK:

If you are located outside of the UK and would like to return an item simply use the returns envelope provided and arrange a return of the item using a suitable delivery service which has a level of insurance sufficient enough to cover the cost of the goods. Joy Everley Fine Jewellers does not accept responsibility for any items that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit when returning an item. Joy Everley does not accept responsibility for return postage costs unless the item is found to be faulty. All items must be in all original packaging and in a saleable condition. 

Instore Purchases


The Sale of Goods Act 1979: If you change your mind about your purchases we will offer you an Exchange or a Credit Note within 14 days with the original till receipt. Credit Notes are valid for one year from purchase date. This does not effect your legal rights to a refund replacement, repair etc. should the item prove to be faulty or wrongly described. For further information please contact the Trading Standards Department of The Local Authority in which you reside. 

Faulty Items

If an item you receive is faulty, we will also reimburse the cost of postage upon safe return delivery of the item. Please contact us to let us know that your item is faulty and return the item using the returns envelope provided. If you are located outside of the UK use the returns envelope provided and arrange a return of the item using a suitable delivery service which has a level of insurance sufficient enough to cover the cost of the goods. Once the item/s have been received, Joy Everley Fine Jewellers will also refund all postage and product costs within 14 days of the receipt of the goods at our shop address – Joy Everley Fine Jewellery, 7 Newburgh St., London W1F 7RH, England.
