UK orders received before 1pm can usually be shipped for next working day delivery, except in cases where the item is out of stock. We will keep you informed regarding any delays due to ring sizing or stock unavailability. For all UK orders, we use Royal Mail Special Delivery which guarantees delivery of parcels (up to 20kg) by 1pm next working day. Please note for orders placed after 1pm your parcel will arrive within two working days. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a notification email with a tracking ID and a link so that you may track the arrival of your parcel.
If you are located within the UK:
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase please return your item within 14 days of receiving your order. It's free to return an item if you're located within the UK. Simply repackage the parcel by using the pre-paid returns envelope and take the item to your nearest Royal Mail Post Office - don't forget to ask for a proof of postage! The item must returned in all original packaging and must be in a saleable condition.
If you are located outside of the UK:
If you are located outside of the UK and would like to return an item simply use the returns envelope provided and arrange a return of the item using a suitable delivery service which has a level of insurance sufficient enough to cover the cost of the goods. Joy Everley Fine Jewellers does not accept responsibility for any items that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit when returning an item. Joy Everley does not accept responsibility for return postage costs unless the item is found to be faulty. All items must be in all original packaging and in a saleable condition.
