Refund Policy

For any reason if you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please contact us by emailing sales@joyeverley.co.uk or phone 020 7287 2792 between 11.00am and 6.00pm. Please return the item within 14 days of the receipt of the goods using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service, making sure that the level of insurance is sufficient to cover the value of the goods. The item must returned in all original packaging and must be in a saleable condition.  Upon safe return of the item to Joy Everley Fine Jewellers we will arrange a refund for the cost of the item less postal costs. The refund will be paid to the card that was originally used to purchase the item.

Please note: Joy Everley Fine Jewellers does not accept responsibility for any items that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit when returning an item. Joy Everley Fine Jewellers does not accept responsibility for return postage costs unless the item is found to be faulty.

Return of Faulty Items

If an item you receive is faulty, we will also reimburse the cost of the item plus return postage costs upon safe return delivery of the item. Please contact us and return the item via Royal Mail Special Delivery, making sure the insurance is sufficient to cover the value of the goods. Once the item/ss have been received, Joy Everley Fine Jewellers will refund you the cost of postage within 14 days of the receipt of the goods at our shop address – Joy Everley Fine Jewellery, 7 Newburgh St., London W1F 7RH, England.
