Delivery Charges & Times

Please note:  Items which are made to order will be dispatched after they have finished being handcrafted at our London workshop. Jewellery pieces which are made-to-order will specify the lead time on the product page. 

UK Deliveries

UK orders received before 1pm can usually be shipped for next working day delivery, except in cases where the item is out of stock. We will keep you informed regarding any delays due to ring sizing or stock unavailability. For all UK orders, we use Royal Mail Special Delivery which guarantees delivery of parcels (up to 20kg) by 1pm next working day. Please note for orders placed after 1pm your parcel will arrive within two working days. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a notification email with a tracking ID and a link so that you may track the arrival of your parcel. 
If you have not received your parcel 14 days after your receive a dispatch notification please contact us immediately.

EU and Rest of World Delivery:

All EU and international deliveries are tracked and signed. We aim to deliver to Europe and worldwide within 14 working days. 

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a notification email with a tracking ID and a link so that you may track the arrival of your parcel. A signature is taken on delivery for items sent using International Tracked & Signed therefore we cannot deliver to an unmanned PO box.  

If you have not received your parcel 14 days after your receive a dispatch notification please contact us immediately.
